Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, feta cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Remove from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
